Refund Policy
Damaged Items
If any items arrive damaged / broken, please message us with photos of the damaged goods including photos of any damaged packaging. Where possible we aim to replace the damaged item/s, however with the uniqueness of some products it is not always possible. If replacement is not possible we will provide you with store credit or a refund. Each order is packed as carefully as possible to minimize damage or breakages, but sometimes they do happen.
Missing Items
If your your order has not arrived and is missing, please check the tracking and get in touch with us within 7 days of your order being picked up by the courier. We will follow it up from our end to find out what has happened. If your parcel is deemed as lost, then we will discuss options regarding possible replacement of items, store credit or a refund.
Please make sure when purchasing that you are completely satisfied with your choices and the product details before finalising your order. We do not refund for change of mind.
