Shipping Policy
Please ensure you pick the correct rural or non rural shipping method at checkout to ensure there is no hold up in getting your order sent. If the incorrect shipping method is selected we will be in touch to arrange payment/refund of the difference and once sorted your order will be packed and sent as per this policy.
A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please check you spam folder if you have not received a tracking number. Courier parcels are generally pick up after 4pm each afternoon so your tracking number will not show as allocated until after the first scan at pick up.
If your parcel has not been received within 7 working days from time of pick up please check the tracking for recent journey updates and contact us. We will do our best to assist you in locating the parcel. If the parcel is deemed as missing we will start the process of our "Missing Items Policy" which can be found under the "Refund Policy" page.
